The Rev. Martin M. Roth, Senior Pastor, believes strongly in the importance of lay persons’ involvement in ministry. Under his guidance lay persons have been trained and take a strong leadership role in the parish. He has been at Holy Trinity since April 1986. Pastor Roth is a graduate of Thiel College and Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. In addition to his Master of Divinity, he also has a Master of Sacred Theology degree with a concentration in pastoral counseling.

The congregation is served by program staff:

Heather Wilt, Director of Shared Ministry, Her work is to help equip the saints at Holy Trinity to do their baptismal ministery.She will help us all, pastor and people,relize more keenly that we have a shered ministry. She also assists in identifying, following up and helping assimilate prospective and new members. She is also the staff liasison to several committes.

Maidene Hackett, Director of Music for the parish, directs the choirs and leads the congregation with Her talent on the two-manual 42 rank Casavant pipe organ. She also serves on the steering committee of the Friends of Music at Holy Trinity. Maidene has worked as organist and choir director for various denominations since 1981, directing children, adult and handbell choirs. She attended Mansfield State College and SUNY Fredonia, in  Fredonia , N.Y.
